Ancestral Healing sessions are part of a process for revealing hidden dynamics and unconscious loyalties within a family so that they can be observed, acknowledged, and understood. The approach allows the participants to see the family system in a three dimensional format, which gives a unique perspective for healing dysfunctional emotional and energetic connections.

Participating in an Ancestral Healing workshop can help release unhealthy habits, anxiety, and depression. The process itself uncovers patterns and dynamics that are often at the cause of financial inconsistency, addiction, relationship/family issues, and health problems. Most importantly, Ancestral Healing workshops act as a container for completion – empowering participants to disengage from unconscious loyalties and double binds, freeing them to connect with their families gifts and strengths.

SPECIAL DELIVERY - Prenatal Yoga is coming to Shine this week!
Thursdays from 6-7pm

Taking a moment for yourself during one of the most exciting times in a parent's life is crucial! Prenatal yoga is designed to support a woman's changing body in gentle ways, specific to the needs of a pregnancy. The added bonus of being in community with other expectant mothers will add a level of support in this season that you may not even know you crave. (Unlike pickles and ice cream which is a clear and obvious craving.)

Designed to be safe for every pregnancy, it is always advised that you discuss any movement program with your doctor prior to beginning. No prior experience in yoga is necessary, and all props will be provided.

Class is open to dads who would like to join as well to learn about their partner's changing bodies and relate to them in a way that can helpful throughout pregnancy and childbirth.
